5. Terms of registration

Congress delegate registration must be accompanied by full payment in order to be processed and confirmed.
Payment can be made via credit card, eft or direct deposit to our bank account. Banking details will be sent if required.
PAYMENT / CANCELLATION / REFUND / SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Full refunds are available for cancellation requests received in writing on or before 30 June 2009 less a R285.00 administration fee. After this date, no refunds will be granted however you may nominate a company representative to attend the congress in your place provided you identify the organizers no later than 20 July 2009. The organizers must be notified in writing of any changes to your registration and no refunds will be made after the congress. All registration is on a first come first served basis and the organizers do not guarantee seating placement in the congress and workshops. The organizers reserve the right to amend the programme.
